A first and crucial step to do this would be to make all of the tools and support that web3 developers need, easily available and accessible to them via the OnFinality website.

What’s Changed
Since inception in 2018, the OnFinality website user-interface has been kept fairly clean and simple so as to deliver only the information that you need at a single glance.
But as we continue to innovate our brand to keep up with the rapid developments in web3, new services, new features, and support for new ecosystems have been added.
These include dedicated price plans for the various customer groups that we serve, improving on our extensive suite of monitoring tools and adding powerful analytics to help enhance your building experience.
We’ve almost tripled our number of supported networks, from 20 networks to over 60 networks since last year, venturing into more Layer-1 ecosystems such as Avalanche and Cosmos.
What’s New
The new website reorganises and streamlines all of these new additions to make them more accessible to you when you need it.
Both existing and new users will be able to get a better understanding of how they can leverage on our feature-rich app as they are made aware of these features at appropriate sections.
These include:

- Pricing and plans tailored to meet every individual’s or team’s needs as they scale
- Better support with contact forms for instant submission of enquiries
- A dedicated blog with step-by-step guides on node deployment and staking on your favourite networks
- Information about our management’s background to let you learn about the key people driving our product
Tying Back to Brand Pillars
Working backwards, the new website was fundamentally designed with core-brand values of the product in mind.
- Easy-to-use
OnFinality was born to remove the key pain points in building so that developers could save time and build faster. Likewise, we want developers to be able to navigate our website effortlessly.
- Reliable
While we provide tools that are easy to use and automated, we want to make sure developers get the support they need when they are just starting out, or when unforeseen problems happen.
While you can reach us on Telegram, Twitter and via email, we have also integrated a contact form available on our website for convenience of enquiry.
To complement our existing documentation, we will also be housing step-by-step guides and videos on our website via a blog to provide as much support to developers as possible.
- Scalable
Our new website was designed with sustainability in mind. We have planned for our website to accommodate plans we have for the future, including the addition of Staking services which we plan to roll out next.
