We’ve been working on giving our customers superior tools to analyse and learn about their users, and resolve issues to make their applications and networks even better. Today we’re releasing a significant improvement to our platform to allow you to monitor your application health and performance with API Insights.
The newly added API Insights dashboard provides detailed usage analytics of your app via OnFinality, empowering you with greater visibility and actionable insights to deliver a premium experience for your customers. You will be able to identify slow or failing request methods, hunt down bugs in your clients, and keep track of the number of users accessing your application from around the world — without compromising on user privacy or security.
For example, you now have visibility into response time charts and method breakdowns across different networks.
In addition, you now have access to up to date error rates and API request performance, allowing you to spot issues during staging deployments or before your customers report them, and implement rectifications quickly to ensure a bug-free user experience across your applications.
